Registration for GodotCon & Godot Sprint Brussels 2019

GodotCon 2019 is an event organized in Brussels, Belgium on 4 & 5 February 2019 around the Godot Engine free and open source game engine. More details are available on the Godot website.

Godot Sprint is another event organized also in Brussels the previous week, on 31 January & 1 February 2019. It's an event for engine and documentation contributors (both current and aspiring) to share experience and work together on current engine topics.

The entry for both events is free of charge for everyone, but registration is mandatory so that we can organize things and find appropriate venues.

Godot Sprint and GodotCon 2019 will happen respectively just before and right after FOSDEM 2019, which is also in Brussels on 2 & 3 February 2019. Godot will be present there with a stand, and you are welcome to attend this event too to meet the community and many other interesting free and open source projects. The entry is also free of charge.

TL;DR:

  • 31 January & 1 February 2019: Godot Sprint, for contributors
  • 2 & 3 February 2019: FOSDEM, for everyone, with many FOSS projects including Godot
  • 4 & 5 February 2019: GodotCon, for all Godot users with talks and workshops around game development with Godot

Privacy disclaimer: The personal information provided on this form will only be accessible to GodotCon organizers, and will only be used in relationship to the event.

This information is only required for security reasons, so that we know who is present at the event in case of emergency.
If you're known under a nickname in Godot community channels, feel free to give it here.
Each event is planned over two days, but if you can only be present one day, please tick the event's checkbox nevertheless. (*) FOSDEM is not organized by Godot Engine, but if you're planning to attend, feel free to let us know in this form. This way we could e.g. contact you if we plan a Godot meetup or dinner during FOSDEM.
Godot Engine is run by volunteers, and GodotCon will be too. That means that we need the community to help us organize the event for things to run smoothly without overburdening a few contributors. If you want to and are able to help, you can pick one or more of the options here, and we will contact you by email to see how to work together.
