This questionnaire is part of Désertif'actions 2026 and aims to gather information on the mechanisms and instruments used to deal with droughts, before, during and after episodes.
This questionnaire is aimed at people who have direct or indirect experience of droughts in a professional, voluntary, community, institutional or civic context.

As a reminder, drought is a temporary imbalance between water needs and available resources. It can be meteorological, agricultural, hydrological, environmental or socio-economic, and is intensifying with climate change. Its management requires coordinated responses at every stage: anticipation, crisis management and reconstruction.
