Timeline :

Student applications open, sign-up by January 19th 2025

-> Mid-January to end of January
Selection process, we will let you know if your appplication is selected or not.

-> February 5th
If you are selected, we will invite you to an onboarding session with selected CY students (COMPULSORY, at the Chênes campus, 17h00). Please SAVE THE DATE.

-> February
Training programme: online workshops and ressources, you can attend and consult during the whole month
Very important if you want to have a successful Teamwork experience !

-> Week of February 24
You will know your project and your team members.

-> March
Start of the project phase, meet and work (online) with your teammates and the company's mentor, during 4 weeks.

Data collected through this form will be strictly used in the context of EUTOPIA, to contact you and send instructions for the activity. We may also make some anonymised statistics and ask for your feedback, or send you future opportunities related to EUTOPIA.

if you have classes, exams, part-time job or internship during this period, please make sure to be available and allocate around 5-10 hours/week for the project: i) 1 weekly meeting with organisation mentor ii) 1 or 2 weekly work meetings with students of your team iii) individual work. Prepare yourself to potentially have meetings during lunch break or during the evening (if necessary). Not attending meetings will put your team and the organisation mentor in a difficult situation and sends a bad image of ourselves.
