Ambassador Form (Project)

Please use this form to submit a sequencing project to be considered by ATLASea. Projects should aim at answering questions for which reference genome sequences from eukaryotic species sampled in the French EEZ are necessary, typically involving a large number of species for which you do not yet have a precise list. For instance, a project may tackle specific questions related to a taxonomic group, or to an ecosystem, or to ecological, morphological, behavioral, genetic or physiological properties across several taxonomic groups and environments. ATLASea expects you to have the means to analyse the data (scientific and computational expertise, computational infrastructure) but please use the form to explain, if this is not the case.
